Vision
By 2030, a student from a school with no expression platform will speak publicly with the same confidence as a student from an elite private school. This is because Spark-powered clubs exist in 100 under-resourced institutions.
Mission
Spark's mission is to eliminate fear-based silence among students from under-resourced schools so they speak publicly as confidently as peers from elite institutions. We achieve this through free, feedback-first events and Club-in-a-Box (digital toolkit plus ₹4,000 seed grant). Our operating cost is under ₹400 per first-time speaker.
